Aside from the immensely flattering photos, I see truncated cantilever bosses, an extremely long rear center (check out that chainstay length!), vertical rear dropouts that almost certainly preclude the ability to get proper fixie chain tension unless he experiments with chainring/cog sizes, etc. The way the chainstays bow behind the bridge make me think he actually used an '80s MTB like a Sierra or something similar.
It's hard to tell for sure, but it looks like those might be 650c wheels, which could also explain why the bike only has <20 miles on it - it's an experiment gone wrong. (I should know, I've done that experiment.)
