Your Trek sounds like a sweet ride. You distance mirrors sort of what I do - 4.5 miles for a 9 mile r/t to be exact, and mostly on a MUT though I have to ride about a mile each way of that on fairly quiet (though in an industrial area) roads to get there. I'm mostly beyond acting like a 25 year old, but not completely. LOL!
