My Fuji Jari is pretty much a road bike that will clear 42mm rubber. I've road it on some of my road club rides and it can hang. Not as well as my Domane but different gearing. Considering it is alum, it is pretty comfortable. Weighed 22lbs stock. I got the LE 1.4 from Performance Bike. Since I live in Dallas I could test ride it and that was important fro me. It is 12mm thru axle and so is my Domane, one of the reasons that I picked it was to eventually get a good wheelset build up that will swap between the two. The geometry is almost identical to my Domane (Domane is a 58 and Jari is a 56). They start at about $1K and go up. Raleigh Willard was my 2nd choice but 15mm thru axle in front. The new Diverge looks well thought out and has wide price range.
