The good thing about the Diverge if you don't need bigger than a 36c tire is the geometry. If you compare it with most other gravel bikes it has a shorter chainstay and wheelbase. I have a base A1 with a Claris group and it's down to 22.5lbs with the only changes being a Race Face Cadence standard crankset/bb and a light saddle (the stock stuff was super heavy). When I replace the stock tires with Jack Brown 33.3's I'll chop off another half pound of rolling weight. Probably wouldn't take much to get the DSW to the 20lb mark or below.
