At any given price point, most of the major manufacturers can produce a test that shows their particular helmet to be more aero or have more ventilation than their competition. Similarly, when you go to the races, you'll see each brand well represented. This should tell you that most of the helmets are pretty comparable, so the primary differences will be subjective (fit, appearance) and price.
