My handlebar bag goes with me into stores and restaurants. I would never have a reason to lock it.

My bike locks are all combination locks.

I have some skewers that are not quick release, use an allen wrench. But I do not want to risk losing a special tool so I use the ones that any 5mm allen wrench will work in.
