If I were you, I'd measure the Contis @ 70 lbs. with a caliper. Then put a Vittoria back on and measure at the same pressure. You may find they are the same size.

The Contis are a very tall tire. If you are using a device which measures speed as a function of tire circumference, you'll probably need to revise that number.
