It might end up actually feeling better with the flipped stem and using shorter stem would be an option. I didn't see anything about "saddle to bar drop". Flipping the stem and keeping the straight lines looks way cooler.

The stem is already flipped. The bar is now about 1 inch above the seat. I know...

I'm 55, it's all about comfort now.
