Sure, especially if that is a Northern climate where those temperatures and colder, in Fahrenheit, are normal. Should be a snap with a lifetime to adapt to it, (though that lifetime may be abbreviated). Even better if DNA will have dozens or hundreds of generations to adapt to it.
