I had one of these once, too. It works fairly well. It's nice because it has a foot peg to stand on and the handle turns sideways making it like a miniature floor pump. It's cheaper than the Lezyne, and still a decent option. It's a bit bulkier, though. Both can be frame mounted, but the Lezyne will fit beside your bottle, wheres as the Topeak will cost you the full space of the bottle cage mount.
