Neat. It doesnt appear to have the mount that the model c has for the front on the brake bridge plate for a R20....but that does look like a nice rack.
The ThorUSA package included the mounting brackets for the seat-stay braze-ons on (most?) Dahons. And I believe there are other Pletscher mounting kits for different applications.
