About 8 years ago, I was trucking around on an old road bike that became a fixed gear. I decided to upgrade to a (used) AL bike with CF fork and 105 groupset. I tried to like the bike, but it never quite worked out. I also didn't know what I was doing at the time - I was bad at derailleur adjustments, and wasn't aware of easy ways to improve fit. I sold the bike after about a year.

My most recent upgrade went much better (though I have to admit, the crabon still scares me a bit.)
