No reason to badmouth these two manufacturers. Neither makes an SS/FG wheel set. One uses Mavic Ellipse on their own fixed gear bike. The other, a component manufacturer, sold out (or otherwise merged - I'm not sure) their wheel line to a high end wheel maker who will sell you a track wheel set for $2,300. I don't think anyone on this forum is likely to buy them.

I don't consider it bad mouthing if you had a bad experience by a company and not everyone is going to take your experience and apply to their purchase decision. so.. share away
