Your DBS bicycle was produced in Sandnes, Norway by the Jonas Oglaend company. They continue in business today but no longer do manufacturing. The bicycles now sold under their name are produced in other countries.
The board has had a number of discussion threads on DBS cycles. If you are curious you could use the search function to bring them up. I wonder if the 76 in the bicycle's serial number could be a date.
Despite the obvious great condition of the bike its value is modest. Not especially a well known or sought after name.
We have three images of the bike here but all are of the non-drive side. Readers can usually give more information about a bicycle if they can see pictures of its drive side.
If convenient for you, readers might be able to give additional information if you could post some further images which include the drive side...
