Provided the frame has sloping geometry, because I have a relatively short inseam (31") compared to my height (6').

The stock 105 components and livery are plenty good enough, but I'm going to take the Centaur group off of the Wilier and put them on the new Giro. I have enough wheelsets as it is, but I might keep the Mavic Cosmos wheels. A search conducted here doesn't show me any reason to not expect good use from them. Probably replace the anatomic bar with a traditional, classic bend handlebar. Cinelli Solida or Ritchey WCS perhaps.

Almost made the under $700 road bike thread. Almost.
Bianchis are great bang for buck bikes and you just landed a screamin deal. I think you will love the geometry at your size. I am looking for a steel 57cm Bianchi for a riding buddy of mine who is about your size...perhaps an inch shorter...with similar inseam. Please be sure to review the ride of the bike after you get it. I am very curious with carbon at both axles just how good the ride is for that bike.
Congrats,
George
