No, the LBS kept it and the wheel set in trade. The GS had the removable hanger and when they installed it the quick release axle never did suit me as being long enough. It shifted OK but is much better in its proper place. The derailleur has a factory "tang" that holds it in place just as it would on the hanger. If I had a Simplex derailleur with a matching cassette it would bolt right back on with no problem. Here's a before and after.
