Has anyone experienced the new crop of light, disc brake equipped road bikes? What have you ridden? What did you think?
Yup, tired the Ridley X-Night Disc. I didn't know it was a cross bike until they told me it was. Handles really nicely, light and looks really nice. So, I bought the frame and and I am going to build it with SRAM force components and HY/RD brakes. Also tried the Colnago AC-R Disc, that was a beautiful bike, also light and it feels fast. Bought the bike with Ultegra hydraulic brakes. Also bought a Pinarello Gan 105 disc, sold it after a few months. Nice, but it felt heavy.
