Anecdotes are hardly a compelling argument when one is trying to decide between different things. There are equipment failures in the Tour de France, electronic and mechanical. If everyone abandoned those equipment brands that fail where would cycling be? One person's experience, even this entire forum, is hardly a sizeable sampling of the whole, non?
