Dura Ace is nicer than Ultegra. On the other hand, if you are someone plagued with dropped chains and missed shifts, the down grade to Ultegra Di2 may be advisable.
How do you feel it is a downgrade? I am currently using a dura ace group from 2011 and yes, it is awesome. But do you really think it will be a downgrade?
