Mingus Ave. going through Cottonwood is torn up with construction. Everything else is pretty much the same as always. Clarkdale up to the top of Mingus Mtn. has little to no shoulder and lots of vehicle traffic. Grade averages about 6% with one pitch in the town of Jerome that goes to about 20%. The climb is about 15 mi long.
