Seriously, Fulcrum/Campy wheels have been that way since I first noticed in 2013. Who know's how long before that.

You adjust the bearings by loosening the set screw and turning the watchmacallit by hand and then tightening the screw. Easy-peasy.

My 2014s look like that except they have a carbon shell.
