You people act like you HAVE to get sealant all over your hands to put a tube in. You don't have to clean the sealant out of the tire to put a tube or even a boot in the tire. Just put them in. When you take the tube back out and have to deal with the tube covered in goo then you have a bit of a mess but hopefully you also have running water in your house.
Exactly, just carry a tube with you in case of an issue. Punctures like pictured will flat any tire but it's the small ones from a thorn or small piece of glass that will seal with sealant as you ride while a tire with a tube will cause a pit stop for a change.
