Mid eighties, pretty close the bottom of the line (judging from the crank) but all the parts should be salvageable and usable. Don't expect a big return on any money you put into it, maybe shoot for break even? But it will be a decent riding bike when cleaned and lubed. Unless you're interested in a project and want the fun of going through the refurbishing process yourself, a better tack may be just give it to someone it fits and let them spend their money to fix it up.
The model name should be right there on the top tube somewhere.
