Rode 28 miles today in 84 degree temperature with 66%humidity which gives a 74 degree dew point which is just below oppressive but felt oppressive to me. Average heart rate was about 88% which I know is meaningless in today's high tech training but it is all I have to gauge. Really didn't feel like going all out so I was lazy and didn't.
Yesterday a leaf got stuck in my caliper brakes and annoyed the heck out of me for a few miles. Does anyone know how many watts you have to dial up to incinerate a leaf when it gets wedged in like that? I know I could get disc brakes but would rather not.
Excuse the lack of food, photography or best bang for the buck cable provider content in my post. I will try to do better next time.
