I recall some auctions with UPS shipping that were, well, beyond reasonable. I think the only way to keep it "cheap" is with USPS but I'm not completely sure. I'm guess it's too much effort but I'm hoping not. I'm really only mostly interested in the frame to be honest. I haven't contacted the seller yet but I'd imagine he isn't interested in selling only the frame/fork/headset but it's worth asking. That would, of course, greatly reduce the cost of shipping but I think it's unlikely.
