Also, the braking rim is REALLY worn on it - to the point I don't think it's a good idea to brake with this wheel anymore.
Try selling it (if just for parts) in the C&V classifieds, lots of us still ride 7/8 speed: Classic and Vintage Sales - Bike Forums
