I'd say it's perfect just the way you have it.
I'm not clear on the photo content or when they were taken in your time line. It looks as if your chain is on serious need of some oil and the bottom bracket is in serious need of some grease.

I think it needs some crème colored tires though!
The pics were taken "in progress". I used the bearings of the donor bike (orange, pictured) as they were in great shape and, yes, I packed them with grease prior to reassembly. In fact, made the process easier because it made the things stay put while I reassembled!
