Velox Tressostar cloth tape in yellow. I wasn't able to find any brake cable housing that matched the tape quite right, everything seemed a few shades too light, but it's been some time since I looked. Good luck with the build!
Your 'after' pics are not showing...Would love to see how it looks now. I just picked up the red version as a frame last month and built it into a shimano 9spd frankenbike. I never planned on having 2 of these but the frame was too affordable to pass up.
