I'll start this out:
IRO Cycle - great customer service means you'll get an answer quick on product. and, of all the companies out there, IRO seems to be the only one who can sell single cog bikes that aren't built full of crap parts and left overs.
Jamis - probably the last big bike maker whose catalog contains a bunch of cool bikes made out of good 'ol Reynolds steel. Really a great value.
Action Bent - nice affordable recumbent bikes. the trike is especially a killer deal that nobody can seem to touch.
Rivendell - lovely bikes. Atlantis, Rambo, Saluki, QuickBeam
Notes: Gunnar, Heron, and Waterford would be welcome. But the amount of customization possible might make them a bit expensive to keep them all in house. Would perhaps size people up and make money off the labor and parts.
