I know of a couple of places in Fort Worth you could contact for feedback on whatever publicly accessible bike workstations they're using.

Trinity Chapel Bible Church -- They host a bike workstation, water and benches for cyclists on the popular Trinity Trails and Bellaire Drive route. I'm assuming the church itself provided the workstation, although it's possible it was provided by one of the multipartite organizations that jointly administer the Trinity Trails. I've used that workstation a few times for minor derailer and brake adjustments. The air pump is often balky due to misuse of the chuck, but the rest of the tools are always intact.

The Chat Room -- a pub in the Magnolia/Fairmount district. They've had a bike workstation on the patio for years. I've never used it but it looks sturdy enough.

I've heard about other workstations scattered along the trails but those are the two I know of.

Hope that helps.
