Just for clarification, personal trainers and coaches can give generalized nutrition advice. They can't analyze someone's diet nor prescribe a diet (unless they live in one of the few states with very lax licensure laws). That's the domain of a Registered Dietitian or an MD, again due to licensure laws.

No smart non-licensed person would want the liability, anyway. As an RD I carry professional insurance, as I could in theory cause someone inadvertent harm if I prescribed an inappropriate diet to someone with a medical condition that contraindicates it.
