Pasela PT v Marathon/Randonneur Pro

I'm looking to replace a set of 700x40mm Clement MSOs that came on a bike with something a bit smaller, preferably in the 35ish range. They would on an all around road/gravel/touring bike, probably 75% road and 25% hard pack dirt with loose gravel road type situations.

I have Pasela PTs on my 27" bikes that work well on the same types of roads I would be riding this, and I like the ride, but I'm less than impressed with what it takes to puncture them. I know the Schwalbe Marathon Greenguards and Vittoria Randonneur Pros are fairly well respected for all-around touring type tires, but am curious if anyone can actually comment on personal experiences how much better/worse they are than the Paselas.

Not really looking to get into a full-on touring or CX tire, want to keep it fairly road oriented with a bit of good feelings and lower rolling resistance. The MSOs will be kept for any situation where I'll be on rougher roads, they do run good on crappier surfaces. Just a bit too extreme for the road. Also need to be something fairly common, got a ride coming up at the end of the month that I'd like to have them for (i.e., not ordering form some random shop in England or Niagara!)
