I've totally been 'In shape shamed" for riding my bike. I'm on the elevator in the basement parking garage and go up to the lobby...a woman who is not in the best shape (not being rude, just paint a picture here) gets on the elevator and rolls her eyes at me and mumbled "Great, now I have to feel ashamed for taking the elevator"
I'm thinking "No you don't! The stairs are literally across the hall from the elevator! It's only an 8 story building. No one forced you into this elevator."
