FWIW the description on the Rivendell page says the reissue Dia Compe 750 brakes come with: "Nutted mounting hardware front and rear." As DC750 brakes more or less predate the recessed era, this isn't surprising, but I have read conflicting info from other vendors. You could always call Riv to clarify, they are quite helpful.
Worst case you use the back for the front, and use the back with a sheldon nut in the front.
Maybe they offer both but the new pair I recently bought were nutted. I have never seen them offered in a recessed version.
FYI-The brakes are great but the gray pads they came with were terrible. I switched them over after one wet ride. I would not even put them in the box of crap.
