Dan, you're not making it easy but I'll take a shot.

It would be a big help if you provided more information like frame material (steel or aluminum), components, driveside photo, etc.

Just based on the info you supplied, I'd guess it is a 1999 bike. Does it look like anything like this 2000 SS?

I'll see if I can dig up a 1999 SS catalog photo.
