Funny, there was a hipster moped gang in a neighborhood I used to live in here in DC about 10 years ago. So, someone should tell these idjuts that they're behind the curve on that one (I mean, if it was happening in DC, of all places, and 10 years ago, no less... they're WAY behind the curve... unless, of course, they're being ironic, which I guess is likely
