Yep, the gouges on the freehub can be filed off. no need for a replacement unless it's broke.

The marks on the brake track doesn't look like a normal thing to see on a carbon brake track, but it also doesn't look like any damage that i have seen before. It's probably some kind of weird property of the carbon fibres from the manufacturing process. That's my guess.
