^This. Are you using 8,9 or 10 speed shifters and cassette along with the necessary components that make it all work? These may be in good shape but used wheels go cheap more so if it has hubs 2 generations back. When is the last time someone turned the nipples? I am thinking these are 10 years old which of course doesn't mean bad just overpriced, this is C&V after all.

Brand new 6800 wheels can be had for $280 from a US store. Not the lightest wheels but darn good for the price. Shimano Ultegra 6800 Tubeless Wheelset > Components > Wheels > Road Wheels | Jenson USA
