Probably not in this area, at least. Dairy farmers need to get their product to market year round, regardless of weather conditions. The Dairy Lobby here in Wisconsin was largely responsible for the push to get almost all our roads paved, so the milk trucks could always get to the farms. I don't see that changing with autonomous vehicles.
