Seems like the cockpit setup is where we most often find really jackassey stuff.
Here's one of the worst I've encountered (saw it on a train a few days ago):
30mm of spacers, one of those stupid steering column extenders, 3 or 4 more spacers, and then a super short stem, installed backwards. But the grip still wasn't high enough, so he cranked the bar way up to a ridiculous angle. I wanted to ask him how well his front brake works.
It's a shame, because that's a pretty nice Kestrel frame, and everything else on it is reasonably tidy.
