I also just noticed the Felt V55, wish they would list the largest size it would fit though, ultegra drivetrain and right in there price wise with the jamis and salsa, VR30 even not bad looking, might be limited on tire size again wish they'd list max sizes.

I had leaned away from cross specific bikes since it seems by reviews they may not be best for what I'm looking to do. I really want something roadesque but not confined to perfect pavement as where i am even on our paved roads its crap pavement.
