From Retrobike:
Vintage Dave Davey cycle from the 1950s, with Williams chainring dated 1959, 27" wheels (Weinmann) with BH Airlite fixed free hub, GB spearpoint stem, Weinmann Vainqueur 999 centre-pull brakes, Weinmann levers, Phillips pedals, Brooks saddle, Brev Simplex dropouts, Bayliss Wiley bottom bracket. The cycle is set up as single speed. The original decals and head transfer (Harringay) are intact, as is the original paintwork for the most part. The frame is approx 57cm ctt. Bill Gray, Wally Green and Les Ephgrave are among the frame-builders who did work for Dave Davey. Wally Green is known to have built for Dave Davey in 1959-60 and the seat lugs are quite finely chiselled, so perhaps he's the most likely.
