Yesiam, what you have is a 1983-1984, Japanese manufactured model. The carbon-manganese tubing, in conjunction with the 27" wheels indicates upper entry level, though we'd require more details and pictures to determine the exact model. BTW, w/o means wired-on, the style of tyre with wire beads encased in it, to hold it onto the rim. They're commonly called clincher tyres, though that is a misnomer.

Based on the very limited information, I'm not seeing a lot of value, maybe around $75 fior average, basement/garage condition. After it's been overhauled, probably around $150-$175. You're probably going to spend more than it's current value for little if any increase in your profit. Re-post it for $100 and settle for $75.
