Carrying pumps of any kind is not just about you. Its about the other riders who may need your assistance. Yes, even those riders who "should have" been more prepared.
Thanks for the lecture, I'll be sure to think about that the next time I'm buying co2 to replace the cartridges I gave to those that "should have" been more prepared.
Fwiw, if I see someone pumping with a mini pump, I won't offer co2 assistance.
