You can also go to the Chinese frame makers like Hongfu, Dengfu, and Workswell to buy a fork separately. If you search the various frames for the head tube specifications, you might be able to find the combination of fork top and bottom diameters that you need. I know Workswell offers both 1.5" and 1.375" bottom diameter with 1.125 up top. The 1.250" bottom I am not sure of.
