The Specialized "flag" crank sets are really nice, judging from the set I just put on my Miyata. Low Q-Factor, relatively light in weight. Spacing between rings seems pretty typical. They'll work fine with any 110 BCD ring. Such rings are readily available at any bike coop, used bike parts emporium,etc.

Those expensive TA's are my favorites, last a VERY long time, and look lovely, too.

And I'm with @rhm regarding crank lengths these days. I was using 175's for decades with my very long legs and recently switched to 170's. They spin up more easily, and my cadence seems a little higher. Nice with my old knees, etc.
