I have my bike all setup with barcons and it shifts great. Every so often when i go from my middle ring up to my big it will over shoot and throw the chain. THe adjustment looks right and once the chain lands on the big ring correctly it doesnt want to go further usually. I cant figure it out.

Do they make a "chain catcher" for the outside ring? I know they make them for the inside. It is very frustrating to throw the chain on a fully loaded bike. Or......does anyone have any tips on this area?
