I was very surprised considering the bike was listed @$720.00. I thought the bike was excellent, except my fitting was more guess work than a proper fitting etc.I'm 6'& 210 pounds! I had to adjust the height of the seat, due to the fact that my legs are longer than normal! The Cannondale bike frame was a large & was measured recently @ 18 inches. I was informed that my seat height over time would put pressure on the welding joints etc, I purchase the Adventure a year ago! I've learned that Cannondale no longer makes their bikes in the U.S.A.- now Taiwan. I've learned that they have problems with the welding,go on You Tube. I've made newbie mistakes! I have friend that loves his Trek Verve 3, except the tires replaced @ 500 miles! The information is from a new biker fitter! Good luck with your choice!
So glad your friend loves his verve. Thanks for the welding tip
