Pea "fluid" sounds good. Or not so much if you care about marketing.

Many fluids and foods are good fuels no matter what they are called. I'd take the pea derivative over animal product for most in activity nutrition. I drink cow's milk, eat ribs and all, but on the bike, some things work better and give better performance.

Or do you think that is all nonsense?
You've mentioned a couple times about "on the bike" -- while thread started as about recovery beverage. Do folks drink some sort of 'milk' while riding -- ie. I can't imagine one of my water bottles filled with any of these options really.
