Wasn't planning to race - took drug for a week - decided to race, discontinued drug and resumed training - raced 11 weeks later.
did not seek the TUE at any time. accepted the ban but provided mitigating evidence.
i understand that he's a friend, but we really don't know what the circumstances were as this info is not public and his account is only one side.
